About the kitchen
The kitchen and adjoining formal dining room are approximately 1500 sq ft. The kitchen is truly state of the art with the following appliances:

- Wolf dual fuel 60" gas range with 6 burners

- WMF fully automatic cappuccino/latte machine (The best automatic machine available)
- 4 dishwashers - 3 Fisher-Paykel, and 1 Asko
- three hammered Nickel over copper sinks
- a 16' by 8' granite island and backsplashes and exquisite cabinetry and molding from Apple Valley Millworks.
In the spring, the patio outside the kitchen will be complete and will feature all Wolf appliances - grill, burner, ice maker, refrigerator, etc. The kitchen store sells CIA - 7 Layer cookware, cutlery and utensils as well as Juliska handmade china and glassware, Riedel wine glasses, Proteak cutting boards, Emile Henry cookware and pizza stones, and Mauviel copper cookware. We also carry tasty treats from Foxy Gourmet, Ivy Cottage and Mary Lake Thompson. We have a number of staff chefs who offer hands on cooking lessons and a great meal to follow. The formal dining room and the kitchen are available for private cooking lesson parties. The full facility will be available for larger parties in the near future - bridal or baby showers, rehearsal dinners, girl's or guy's night out, surprise parties, small weddings and fund raising events.
